She lived a vibrant life full of many interests and experiences. Among some of Rita's greatest accomplishments was graduating Magna Cum Laude with her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Rita loved to dance, and even instructed line dancing during her time in Wisconsin. She was also passionate about fitness and eating healthy. Rita was always excited to dress up for Halloween and would go all out with her costumes. Above all, Rita loved her family. She considered her siblings, Tina and Carmen, to be the "wind beneath her wings" and was grateful for her relationship with them.
