Jean Camp Roberson, 84, of Birmingham passed away June 17, 2017 in Ashville, Al after a long journey with Alzheimer's.
Visitation will be held at St. Barnabas Catholic Church in Birmingham on Wednesday June 21, 2017 from 2:00- 3:00 PM followed by a Funeral Mass at 3:00 PM with Rev. Father George Maniangattu and Rev. Monsignor Eugene O'Connor officiating. Burial will follow at Jefferson Memorial Cemetery in Trussville Al.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James C. Roberson, her granddaughter, Kimberly Osborne, sisters, Lorene Scott and Theolene Hill, and brothers,...

Jean Camp Roberson, 84, of Birmingham passed away June 17, 2017 in Ashville, Al after a long journey with Alzheimer's.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James C. Roberson, her granddaughter, Kimberly Osborne, sisters, Lorene Scott and Theolene Hill, and brothers, Samuel Carl, Fred and Clifford Camp.
She is survived by her children, Kathy Thompson, Karen Globetti (Chip), Kim Walker, James C. Roberson Jr. (Shannon), Kay Carroll (Ricky), twelve grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 2 great, great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters, Mildred Lamberth, Margaret Hamrick and brother, James Camp.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Barnabas Catholic Church. The family would like to thank her special caregiver, Vicki Cook, for her kind and compassionate care provided to our mother. We are also grateful for the exceptional staff of Hospice Services of Alabama.
